El siglo XXI nos encuentra viviendo un tiempo paradojal. Desde la mitad de la centuria pasada y lo que va de ésta se han registrado avances en la ciencia y la tecnología otrora impensados, a la par que asistimos a una crisis civilizatoria donde la pobreza, la exclusión y el deterioro del hábitat son su máxima expresión. El avance puso su acento en el consumismo y el valor de las cosas por sobre el hombre, estableciéndose una racionalidad económica hasta ahora dominante. Es preciso cambiar esta tendencia y asumir otra lógica del pensar y el hacer. Aquí toma relevancia el concepto de ambiente con su impronta compleja y su capacidad proyectual. La Microrregión Crespo y aldeas aledañas (MiCrA), experiencia de desarrollo territorial endógena, procura recorrer el camino de la sustentabilidad, viviendo la diversidad, conjugando orden, desorden y autoorganización, apelando al dialogo de saberes, al enfoque de sistema y el trabajo en red, pero sobre todo, haciendo uso del capital social que habilita la escala local. La MiCrA es dialogo público – privado y ciudad – ruralidad, conllevando la posibilidad de potenciar los recursos tangibles del sistema, y de aprovechar los intangibles de la región, tal el caso del conocimiento (Universidades, etc.). Lo transitado ha permitido lograr conclusiones primarias: a) El desafío personal, organizacional y colectivo de vivir la complejidad en estos tiempos, abriendo las puertas al protagonismo, a nuevos roles y funciones, y a ser constructores de un nuevo paisaje cultural y territorial. b) La puesta en valor del capital social dio lugar a la creación de confianza, la cooperación coordinada, y la movilización y gestión de recursos comunitarios. c) El proceso MiCrA vislumbra como espacio para el aprendizaje colectivo y la innovación, cual fenómeno social asociado a la mejora de la capacidad para resolver problemas existentes e identificar futuros.

The 21st century find us living a paradoxical time. From the half of last century and what goes of this one advances have registered in the science and the technology once unthinkable, at par that we are present at a crisis of civilization where the poverty, the exclusion and the deterioration of the habitat are his maximum expression. The advance put his accent in the consumerism and the value of the things for on the man, an economic rationality being established till now dominant. It is necessary to change this trend and to assume another logic of to think and to do. Here relevancy takes the concept of environment with his complex stamp and his project capacity. The Microrregión Crespo and bordering villages (MiCrA) , endogenous experience of territorial development, it tries to cross the way of the sustainability, living through the diversity, bringing together order, disorder and self-organization, appealing to the dialogue of knowledge , to the approach of system and the work in network, but especially, using the share capital that enables the local scale. The MiCrA is a public dialog - privately and city - rurality, carrying the possibility of promoting the tangible resources of the system, and of taking advantage of the intangibles of the region, such case of the knowledge (Universities, etc.). The travelled has allowed to achieve primary conclusions: a) The personal challenge, organizational and collective of living through the complexity in these times, opening the doors for the protagonism, for new roles and functions, and to being builders of a new cultural and territorial landscape. b) The putting in value of the share capital gave place to the creation of confidence, the coordinated cooperation, and the mobilization and management of community resources. c) The process MiCrA glimpses as space for the collective learning and the innovation, which social phenomenon associated with the improvement of the aptitude to solve existing problems and to identify futures.
